The team is collaborative, friendly and committed to client care, with a growing pipeline of work.

This is a great opportunity for a Conveyancing Solicitor to join a busy residential property team in Swindon. You’ll manage a varied caseload of residential transactions from instruction through to completion, with the support of experienced colleagues and a modern case management system. The firm offers a supportive culture with scope for professional development and long-term career progression.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain regular client contact and provide clear, practical advice throughout the process
• Ensure cases progress efficiently and meet key deadlines
• Work collaboratively with the wider property team to maintain service standards and compliance
Requirements:
• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive (must be authorised to practice in England & Wales)
• Experience running a full residential property caseload independently
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Clear and confident communicator with a client-friendly approach
• Proficient in using conveyancing software and digital case management systems
