Paraplanner – Bristol – £40,000 to £52,000
We are representing a reputable, well-established wealth management firm seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their West of England team. The firm values collaboration, technical excellence, and a positive team culture. You will work closely with Wealth Managers, contribute to client planning, and play a key role in shaping advice delivered to clients.

Key Responsibilities• Prepare high-quality financial plans, recommendations, and suitability reports
• Support Wealth Managers with review meetings and new client onboarding
• Conduct research and analysis across pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning
• Review client portfolios ensuring alignment with objectives and compliance requirements
• Liaise with Wealth Managers, Administrators, and providers to ensure seamless delivery
• Maintain accurate files and support continual improvement of advice processes
Requirements
• CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (minimum)
• Strong experience as a Paraplanner within a financial planning or wealth management environment
• Excellent technical understanding of pensions, investments, and tax wrappers
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Confident using financial planning software
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Level 6 qualifications (or working towards) advantageous
