We’re looking for an Administrator to join our client’s team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has a keen eye for detail.
About the Role
As an Administrator, you’ll provide vital assistance to a busy team. You’ll handle customer calls and emails, resolve general queries, and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate teams.
Key Responsibilities
*Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing clear and helpful information.
*Maintain accurate records across various systems & databases.
*Ensure timely communication and updates to customers regarding resolutions.
*Create and maintain documentation and process guides.
What We’re Looking For
*Experience with CRM systems
*Strong Microsoft Excel skills
*Ability to manage administrative tasks independently and develop processes.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Detail-oriented, methodical, and able to prioritise complex workloads.
*Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills.

*Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
*Professional, personable, and collaborative.
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
