Engineering & Product Quality Manager
Responsibilities will include:
*Leading manufacturing Engineering and Product Quality teams to achieve right-first-time, cost and delivery targets.
*Managing Manufacturing and Quality Engineering processes and resolving daily operational issues.
*Responsible for driving new products from cradle to grave
*Driving continuous improvement through Lean events, PFMEA, FAIRs and robust inspection methodologies.
*Leading capability development, including employee training, apprenticeship programs and the site technical roadmap.
Engineering & Product Quality Manager
Essential Skills and Experience:
*Proven leadership experience within Engineering, Quality or Manufacturing Engineering functions.
*Proven experience working within versatile precision manufacturing environment
*Proven NPI experience bringing products from concept through to delivery.
*Experience within Aerospace, Machining or Fabrication is advantageous
