Senior Tax Manager

Reed Maidstone is working with a well-established and growing practice who are seeking a Senior Tax Manager to head up a dynamic private client tax team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in managing a diverse portfolio of clients including HNWIs, international clients, and private equity executives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in private client services within a practice setting.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service and meeting all client needs.
*Lead and mentor a team of associates and assistant managers, with typically three team members per assignment.
*Oversee the preparation and delivery of tax advice, ensuring compliance and maximisation of benefits for clients.
*Collaborate with other team leaders and partners to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
*Utilise digital tax tools effectively to streamline processes and enhance reporting accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*CTA or ACA qualification is essential.
*Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in a similar role within private client tax services.
*Strong leadership skills with experience managing small teams.
*Proficient in using digital tax tools such as Digita and CCH.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing high-profile client relationships.
