Job Description:
Client Onboarding Associate - Wealth Management / Investments - 12 months FTC
Our client is one of the UKs top Asset Managers that are looking for a Client Onboarding analyst to join their Client Operations function. The role plays a key part in ensuring new and existing clients are set up accurately, efficiently, and in line with regulatory and business standards.
What you’ll do:
* Process new client and portfolio setups, validate instructions, and maintain accurate client data
* Handle changes to existing client information, including bank details, addresses, fees, and online access
* Work closely with internal teams and third-party administrators to ensure smooth workflows
* Manage documentation and ensure all records are stored correctly
* Support query resolution and contribute to continuous process improvement
* Uphold our core principles: Client, Excellence, People, and Integrity
About you:
* Experience in Financial Services (Wealth Management preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
* Confident communicator with strong teamwork skills
* IT-proficient and proactive in problem-solving
* Data entry or client service experience is an advantage
