We are seeking an experienced Beauty Therapy Lecturer to join a reputable education provider for a short-term assignment. This role involves delivering high-quality education in Beauty Therapy at Level 2 and Level 3. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and supporting learners to achieve their best.
Day-to-day of the role:*Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions in Beauty Therapy at Level 2 and Level 3.
*Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials that meet the curriculum requirements.
*Assess and evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
*Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement.
*Adhere to all institutional policies and standards, including health and safety protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications:*Proven teaching experience in Beauty Therapy (Level 2 & 3).
*A clear Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.
*Strong passion for delivering high-quality education and supporting learners.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet different learning needs.
