We are seeking an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join a well-established nursery in Croydon. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated childcare professional to support the Nursery Manager in delivering high-quality care and education.
Key Responsibilities
*Assist in the day-to-day running of the nursery.
*Ensure compliance with EYFS and safeguarding standards.
*Lead and motivate the team to maintain a positive and nurturing environment.
*Support staff development and training.
*Build strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider community.
Requirements
*Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
*Previous experience working in a nursery setting
*Proven leadership or supervisory experience
*Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
