The successful Head of Talent Acquisition will: *Lead and execute the full recruitment strategy, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.

*Optimise processes for candidate experience and quality of hire.
*Support HR with onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.
The successful Head of Talent Acquisition will bring: *Proven experience in Talent Acquisition at senior level.
*Strong background in Sales recruitment within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
*Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused, with the ability to build processes from scratch.
*Exposure to HR functions or willingness to develop in this area.
