*Extensive experience in Compensation management
*Proven track record of leading and managing a team
*Strong understanding of the People Directorate and its deliverables
*Ability to work with limited guidance and make autonomous decisions
*High degree of commercial awareness and ability to keep abreast of industry trends
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Familiarity with compensation survey submissions and annual bench-marking
*Knowledge of equal pay review processes

A successful Reward Consultant should have:

Job Offer
*Competitive daily rate of £450-£500/day umbrella or £331.54 - £368.38 PAYE.
