Key Responsibilities:
*Build and maintain strong customer relationships, revisiting previous accounts and reestablishing partnerships.
*Support sales team with projects, approvals, and order follow-ups.
*Identify and follow up on new business opportunities.
*Maintain accurate CRM records, maintaining traceability of communications and ongoing projects.
Requirements:
*Minimum 2 years in sales or customer-focused roles.
*Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
*Confidence in client meetings and presentations.
*IT proficiency; CRM experience preferred.
