Job Description:
Operations Coordinator – Imports/Exports & Customs
Are you an experienced Operations Coordinator ready for your next challenge? Join our client’s dynamic team in Shepperton, where your knowledge and drive will play a key role in their continued growth.
You’ll ideally have some experience in import/export operations and customs procedures, but we’re also happy to provide training across air, sea, and road freight for the right candidate.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 16.30pm / 9:00am – 5:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
*Coordinate import and export shipments (air, road, and sea)
*Ensure compliance with UK and international customs regulations
*Manage documentation for customs clearance
*Provide end-to-end operational support in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For:
*Experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations
*Knowledge of customs processes and documentation
*Exposure to air, road, or sea freight (experience in all is ideal but not essential)
*Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
*Confident communicator with a proactive approach
*Experience with CDS or other customs systems is an advantage
