Day-to-day of the role:
*Handle a range of conveyancing matters, primarily residential property transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
*Deliver exceptional client care and maintain strong relationships throughout the transaction process.
*Work closely with senior colleagues to develop technical skills and knowledge.
*Contribute to the success and growth of the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Newly Qualified Solicitor or equivalent qualification.
*Experience in residential conveyancing (through training contract or post-qualification).
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
