*Location: Blackwater, Hampshire (On the borders of Surrey & Berkshire!)
*Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 (DOE)

Day-to-day of the role:
*Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners.
*Prepare and manage legal documents, correspondence, and case files.
*Organise diaries, schedule meetings, and manage client communications.
*Maintain accurate records and assist with billing processes.
*Ensure confidentiality and compliance with firm procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Previous experience as a legal secretary is desirable but not essential.
*Strong organisational and communication skills.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented.
