Job Description:
Year 5 Class Teacher (February–July, Maternity Cover)
Location: DN9
Salary: M2 and above (depending on experience)
This role is to cover maternity leave in a small, close-knit Year 5 cohort, with no additional SEND needs, within an exceptionally nurturing school environment.

Our Ideal Candidate
*Qualified (QTS) with prior Key Stage 2 or equivalent experience.
*Motivated by creating rich learning experiences—Phonics, verbal/non-verbal reasoning, music, sport, arts.
*Values collaborative, warm school culture, with exceptional behaviour management and high expectations.
*Adaptable and ready to step in seamlessly from Feb–July, until the return of the permanent teacher.

*Delivery of a well-sequenced UK curriculum, maintaining ongoing tracking and assessments
