Description
*Manage the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
*Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to maintain a healthy cash flow.
*Communicate effectively with German-speaking clients regarding account queries and payments.
*Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
*Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in compliance with company policies.
*Collaborate with internal teams to support financial reporting requirements.
*Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the accounting process.
*Provide support for audits and other financial reviews as required.
Profile
A successful German Speaking AR should have:
*Fluency in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role.
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
*Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
*Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.

Job Offer
*An hourly rate equivalent of £28,000 - £30,000, depending on experience.
