Regional Manager | Northern Ireland | Salary up to £50,000 + Bonus | Retail Location: Belfast (with travel across NI)
Salary: £50,000
Bonus: OTE £10,000+ per annum

About the Role - Regional Manager We’re looking for a driven and experienced Regional Manager to oversee approx around 20 stores across Northern Ireland, managing Cluster Managers. Based in Belfast, you’ll take ownership of sales performance, team development, and operational standards.
Regional Manger Key Responsibilities: * Lead and support Cluster Managers to meet sales and customer experience targets
* Analyse sales and stock performance, implementing action plans for underperforming areas
* Ensure high standards across all stores in merchandising, visuals, and compliance
* Recruit, train, and develop store teams, with a focus on succession planning
* Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Marketing, HR) to drive business objectives
