Sales Negotiator – Prime Central LondonLocation: Mayfair / Knightsbridge / Chelsea (Prime Central London)
Basic Salary: £28,000 – £32,000
OTE: £65,000 – £85,000+ (uncapped)
Commission: Competitive tiered structure (up to 20%)

Working with motivated vendors, international buyers and high-net-worth clients, you’ll be part of a driven team handling high-value instructions and delivering an exceptional, private-client style service.
The Role *Managing a high-quality portfolio of PCL sales instructions
*Conducting viewings, managing buyers and building long-term client relationships
*Negotiating offers on premium homes, apartments and investment properties
*Sourcing new business opportunities and winning instructions in the local market
*Providing a seamless client experience from first enquiry through to completion
What We’re Looking For *1–3 years’ experience as a Sales Negotiator
*Previous experience in Zones 1–3 or premium London markets preferred
*Confident, articulate and well-presented
*Strong negotiation ability and a proactive, self-driven work ethic
*Full UK driving licence
What’s on Offer *£28k–£32k basic salary
*£65k–£85k+ OTE (top performers earn above this)
*Clear progression to Senior Negotiator or Broker roles
