About the Role
As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of property transactions from instruction through to completion. You will work closely with clients, estate agents, and lenders to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Key Responsibilities
*Handle all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
*Draft and review contracts, title deeds, and other legal documentation
*Conduct property searches and manage enquiries
*Liaise with clients, estate agents, and mortgage providers to ensure timely completion
*Maintain compliance with regulatory and firm standards
*Provide exceptional client care throughout the transaction process
Requirements
*Qualified Solicitor (NQ considered) with experience or interest in residential conveyancing
*Strong knowledge of property law and Land Registry procedures
*Excellent organisational and communication skills
*Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
*Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office
