About the Role
As a Litigation Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of disputes, providing expert advice and representation to clients. You will work on cases involving contractual disputes, property litigation, debt recovery, and professional negligence.
Key Responsibilities
*Handle all aspects of civil and commercial litigation from initial instruction to resolution
*Draft pleadings, witness statements, and other court documents
*Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
*Provide clear, practical advice on dispute resolution strategies
*Maintain compliance with regulatory and firm standards
*Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
*Qualified Solicitor (NQ considered) with experience or interest in litigation
*Strong knowledge of civil procedure and dispute resolution
*Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills
*Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
*Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office
