Job Description:
Workshop Controller required for Successful Automotive multi-franchise approved car dealership in the Cheltenham area.
Our Client is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy service department and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.

*Starting salary negotiable pending experience and current earnings.
*Performance-related bonus scheme providing an on-target earnings of around £36,000 per annum

Duties:
*Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
*Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
*Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
*Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
*Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work
Requirements:
*Have a previous working experience within a similar role
*Strong Leadership skills
*A full and valid UK Driving Licence
*Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Workshop
Hours of work for this Workshop Controller role are: 8:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday, with 1 in 2 Saturdays, 8:30am-12:30pm.
The Salary being offered up to £30,000 with OTE £36,000.
