Sales Performance Manager – South of England
Location: South of England (Regional Travel Required)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Performance Manager to lead sales growth and dealer engagement across the South of England. This is a strategic and hands-on position where you will work closely with dealer networks to ensure commercial targets are achieved and customer experience remains exceptional.
Key Responsibilities
*Deliver regional sales performance and exceed agreed targets.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer groups, providing support, training, and motivation to maximise results.
*Implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns aligned with national objectives.
*Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
*Represent the brand professionally across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and impact.
*Monitor customer satisfaction and collaborate with dealers to resolve issues promptly.
*Prepare regular reports on performance metrics, market insights, and dealer activities.
What We’re Looking For
*Degree-level education in marketing, business, economics, or automotive engineering.
*8+ years’ experience in automotive sales and dealer network management.
*Strong dealer relationships and proven ability to influence performance.
*Excellent project management skills, ideally with experience in site selection and franchise standards.
*Confident communicator with strong planning and execution skills.
*Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working under pressure.
*Fluent in English and willing to travel extensively within the South of England region.
