Payroll Coordinator
Location: Central Manchester
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum
Contract Type: Temp / Perm / Temp to Perm
Working Pattern: 4 days in office, 1-day WFH
About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to join a dynamic team in Central Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong payroll experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
*End-to-end payroll processing for a diverse workforce
*Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and company policies
*Manage payroll queries and provide timely resolutions
*Liaise with HR and Finance teams for accurate data flow
*Assist with reporting and audits as required
*Credit Control duties, including monitoring outstanding payments and liaising with clients to ensure timely collection
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience in payroll administration or coordination
*Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Preferable experience within recruitment or a similar fast-paced industry
