Job Description:
At Paragon Workplace Solutions, we create workplaces where people thrive, that are agile, connected, and high performing. We are proud to partner with leading global organisations like Hogan Lovells LLP, delivering a seamless, people-first experience that enhances every working day.
We are now seeking an experienced and proactive Concierge Supervisor to lead and support our Floor Concierge and OSS teams on-site. This is a working supervisor role — combining hands-on operational delivery with the leadership, development, and motivation of a high-performing team.
About the Role
As Concierge Supervisor, you will ensure our client receives exceptional front-of-house and office support services every day. You’ll set the standard for service excellence — leading by example, developing your team, and ensuring a consistently professional and customer-focused experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
· Supervising and supporting the Floor Concierge and OSS teams to deliver outstanding service.
· Providing cover for concierge duties during team absences.
· Managing day-to-day staffing matters, including holiday requests, sickness, and return-to-work interviews.
· Conducting monthly team meetings to maintain communication and engagement.
· Assisting the Operations Manager with monthly reporting and administration.
· Ensuring professional presentation, appropriate staffing levels, and effective handovers.
· Maintaining department tidiness, safety standards, and compliance with procedures.
· Promoting Paragon’s culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
· Supporting team development, training, and succession planning.
What You’ll Bring
· A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
· Experience in office or concierge services (mail, couriers, reprographics desirable).
· People management experience
· A confident, professional, and solution-oriented mindset.
· Competence in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
· The ability to work independently, take initiative, and inspire a team.
Devonshire is an equal-opportunity employer, and we encourage job applications from people of all backgrounds. All qualified applicants will receive consideration regardless of gender, race, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation or marital status.
We recognise how challenging this current job market is for candidates, and Paragon Talent Solutions are therefore striving to provide the best candidate experience we can.
If you are interested in this opportunity, we kindly request that you apply via this advert, as opposed to sending us an email.
We are eager to ensure that each candidate application is considered fairly, and receives a consistent experience. Unfortunately, we cannot ensure this standard if you enquire about a role via email, as it falls outside of our established process
