Job Description:
Senior Surveyor
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Surveyor who wants to make a real impact in social housing Disrepair.
What you’ll be doing:
*Carrying out property inspections
*Managing projects from start to finish
*Overseeing contractors and ensuring quality
*Supporting customers and handling the occasional tough conversation
*Making sure homes stay safe, compliant and well-maintained
What we need from you:
*Degree in Building Surveying (or related field)
*Strong social housing experience
*Confident communicator who can stay calm under pressure
*Organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
You’ll be joining a supportive team where your expertise is valued and your voice matters.
