Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver 1:1 or small-group tuition to pupils with a range of SEN needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH, dyslexia, global delay).
* Create and deliver engaging, individualised lesson plans.
* Work collaboratively with parents, carers, schools, and support professionals to ensure consistency in learning.
* Track and record progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
* Provide a supportive and encouraging learning environment.
Requirements
* Experience working with children with SEN (school, tutoring, or support setting).
* Good knowledge of strategies for supporting diverse learning needs.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
* Relevant training or qualifications (e.g., teaching, SEN training) are desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
