Our Client is seeking an experienced Associate to join its Birmingham office, working on complex defendant claims for a high-profile public sector and blue-light client base.

*Handle a varied and interesting caseload of complex stress, bullying, harassment and abuse claims
*Work closely with national market-leading Partners across a rapidly growing team
*Collaborate with colleagues and clients including insurers, TPAs and emergency services

What Our Client is Looking For
*5+ years’ PQE
*Strong experience in EL/PL complex and high-value claims
*Knowledge of blue light/emergency service claims desirable
*Experience with stress, harassment or abuse litigation advantageous
*Excellent communication skills with clients, counsel, experts and witnesses
*Proven ability to meet hours and billing targets
*High technical ability and exceptional attention to detail
