Job Description:
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist to lead a procurement team and deliver strategic value across major projects. You’ll work closely with stakeholders and suppliers to develop effective procurement strategies, ensure commercial and contractual compliance, and build a strong, resilient supply chain.
Senior Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist Location: Glasgow
Key Responsibilities * Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team.
* Drive cross-functional collaboration to meet cost, quality and schedule targets.
* Develop and execute project procurement strategies and sourcing plans.
* Build strong stakeholder and supplier relationships.
* Manage tendering, supplier evaluation and contract administration.
* Mitigate commercial and supply chain risks.
* Monitor performance and support continuous improvement.
About You * Degree-qualified or equivalent experience; CIPS membership desirable.
* Strong leadership, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver robust procurement plans.
* Skilled in risk management, commercial oversight and supplier performance monitoring.
