The Company you will be working for;
MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry leading client on their search for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. If you feel you meet the required skills and experience, then please apply for an immediate response.
The Job you will be doing;
*To increase the profitability and effectiveness of the company by providing high quality customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department
*Process orders received via email or telephone
*Check data accuracy in orders
*Contact customers to obtain missing information or answer questions
*Liaise with the warehouse supervisor and logistics companies to ensure timely deliveries
*Communicate important feedback from customers internally
*Create accurate QR14 job sheets per the company procedures
*Maintain and update the delivery schedules per the company procedures
*Inform customers of unforeseen delays or problems
*Monitor, distribute and action incoming emails to the company email address
*Commitment to health and safety standards and environmental regulations
*Carry out any reasonable management request / operation that you are qualified to achieve safely
*Able to work Monday – Thursday 8:30 – 17:00 Friday 8:30 – 16:30
About You;
*Proven experience as a sales administrator
*Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office
*Understanding of sales performance metrics
*Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
*A team player with high level dedication
*Ability to work under strict deadlines
