An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join a leading Family Law team, based in Leeds with flexible hybrid working arrangements.
This is a fantastic role for an NQ to 3-year PQE Solicitor looking to develop their career in a progressive and supportive team that handles high-quality, privately funded family work. The team is known for advising high net worth individuals, professionals and business owners on complex family matters, often involving significant assets and cross-border elements.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in a wide range of family law matters, including:
*Divorce and civil partnership dissolution
*Financial remedy proceedings, including complex and high-value cases
*Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
*Private children law disputes
*Cohabitation agreements and separation issues
*Alternative dispute resolution, including collaborative law and mediation
This is an opportunity to work closely with senior lawyers on challenging, sensitive and rewarding cases, all while developing a strong technical foundation and client-facing skills.
Candidate Profile:
*0-3 years PQE with demonstrable interest or experience in family law
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work sensitively with clients while maintaining professional objectivity
*Commercial awareness and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
*Excellent academic background
