Job Description:
Sales Manager - Estate Agent
Location: Crawley
Salary: £25k basic + £3k car allowance or company car + realistic OTE £50k (additional guaranteed earnings for the first 4 months).
Hours: Mon- Fri 8.30am-17.30 Sat 9am – 17.00pm (5-day week including some Saturdays)
Must have a full UK driving license

Responsibilities:
*Driving new business by identifying opportunities and generating quality leads.
*Carrying out market appraisals and converting valuations into successful instructions.
*Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion.
*Providing expert advice and exceptional customer service to clients.
*Showcasing and marketing properties to the highest standard.
*Supporting the Branch Manager with team motivation, training, and day-to-day management.
*Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with solicitors, lenders, and other stakeholders.
*Consistently achieving individual and team KPIs and sales targets.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
*A strong track record in estate agency sales.
*Proven success in converting valuations into listings and sales.
*A full UK driving licence.
*A proactive, confident, and results-driven approach.
