Experienced Property Manager is needed to represent this busy established independent Estate Agency in North West London.
My client is looking for someone who can deal with a large existing property portfolio involving all Property Management enquiries and repairs, all maintenance issues, liaise with utility personnel and contractors, answer calls, emails and someone capable of dealing with all related compliance, Gas Safety, AML’S, EICR’s, reports and carry out inspections.
A team player is essential with a friendly flexible attitude who is very efficient and has an excellent eye for detail. Someone who is IT literate, with some experience on a property database.
