Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (All Year Round)

About the NurseryA well-established, independent nursery based in Harrow, caring for 40 children with a full waiting list. The nursery is organised into 4 rooms and welcomes children from toddler age through to pre-school (no baby room). The team is committed to providing high-quality early years education in a warm, supportive, and well-structured environment.
The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Room Leader to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding care, supporting children’s development, and maintaining a safe, nurturing learning environment.
Key Responsibilities*Provide high-quality care and education for toddlers and pre-school children
*Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities based on the EYFS framework
*Support children’s learning, development, and emotional wellbeing
*Complete observations, reports, and assessments
*Maintain a safe, stimulating, and clean environment
*Work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents
*Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies are followed at all times
Requirements*CACHE Level 3 in Childcare / Early Years Educator (or equivalent)
*Minimum 4+ years of nursery or early years experience
*Previously a Room Leader
*Strong understanding of EYFS and child development
*Confident working with toddlers and pre-school age groups
*Warm, professional, and enthusiastic approach
*Right to work in the UK
