Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager for a temporary role with an established regulator based in Birmingham. The successful candidate will focus on managing internal communications plans and delivering effective messaging across the organisation.

Description
This is a 2 month rolling Temporary Assignment as an Internal Communications Manager reporting into the Head of Communications & Engagement.
You will join and work across some business critical activity ranging from the staff conference through to a range of BAU campaigns that will require planning & delivery. This will involve but not be limited to:
*Developing and managing an internal communications plan that aligns with the communications and corporate strategy and meets the needs of staff, members and associates.
*Managing communications with internal stakeholders via a range of channels. Ensuring that staff receive timely, accurate, appropriate and consistent communication about issues of potential interest.
*Responsible for the development of the staff intranet, ensuring content is kept under review and remains relevant.
*Developing and delivering specific internal communication campaigns and events and assisting with the annual conference
*Promoting consistent internal messaging and channels of communication and providing a forum for encouraging two-way positive communication.
*Advising on the internal communication needs of specific projects across the and managing the planning and delivery of the project’s communications activities.
*Providing support and guidance on the production of corporate literature where necessary.
Profile
A successful Internal Communications Manager will be able to evidence strong skills and experience that includes:
*Proven experience in internal communications planning & delivery
*Strong creative writing skills that engage internal audiences
*Enjoys building excellent internal stakeholder relationships at all levels
*Experience in managing content across multiple internal channels (inc. SharePoint)
*Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms.
*Hybrid working - 2 days in Birmingham (Tuesdays at the anchor day)
Job Offer
*Daily rate circa £200
*Temporary position initial 2 months with an immediate start post vetting
