Description
*Work closely with our manufacturing team to improve process flow and NPI
*Drive production efficiency and quality through process improvements and lean manufacturing principles.
*Implement new technologies and equipment to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
*Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and develop effective solutions.
*Prepare and present technical reports to inform management and stakeholders on production progress and challenges.
*Develop and manage project budgets and timelines to ensure targets are met.
*Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the manufacturing environment.
*Provide technical training and guidance to production staff.
*Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay abreast of industry trends and advancements.
Profile
A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:
*Qualification in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
*Proven experience in a similar role within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
