Job Description:
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their well-established e-commerce team. This is an excellent entry level opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a close-knit environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring every order is handled with care and precision, contributing to a seamless customer experience. No prior technical knowledge is required - full training will be provided - making this an ideal entry-level position for those eager to learn and grow.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:30.
Key Responsibilities:
*Accurately pick and pack premium products with attention to detail.
*Maintain stock levels and ensure smooth workflow within the department.
*Drive company vehicle to collect stock locally.
*Learn and apply quality control processes, including minor product corrections.
*Keep the workspace safe and secure at all times.
*Follow established operational procedures to maintain high customer satisfaction.
*Communicate effectively with managers to resolve issues promptly.
Skills & Attributes:
*Strong attention to detail and high levels of concentration.
*IT literacy (comfortable using dispatch systems and shipping software).
*Proactive and process-driven approach.
*Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
*Enjoys working in a small, collaborative team environment.

* Due to the nature of this role, applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence and be eligible to drive company vehicles under the insurer’s terms. The current insurance policy requires drivers to be aged 25 or over.
