We are seeking a dedicated Part Time (up to 24hrs per week) Field Care Supervisor to join our team, focusing on community care clients in the East London areas This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in healthcare supervision, particularly in complex care environments. Experience in managing care plans and leading a team in a community setting is crucial.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Oversee and manage the delivery of care services to clients in a community setting.
*Conduct regular assessments and reviews of client care plans.
*Supervise and support care staff, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
*Provide training and guidance to staff on the individual care needs of our clients and other health-related issues.
*Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
*Handle client and family communications, providing updates and addressing concerns.
*Monitor and report on the performance of care services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a Field Care Supervisor or similar role in healthcare.
*Strong understanding of community care practices and regulations.
*Experience with complex care is highly desirable.
*Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Relevant certification in healthcare or nursing is preferred.
