Paraplanner – St Albans
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience | Hybrid working – 2 days from home
Are you an experienced Paraplanner looking for your next challenge within a professional, client-focused firm?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing financial planning practice based in St Albans. The successful candidate will enjoy a varied role, a supportive environment, and the flexibility of hybrid working, with 2 days from home each week.
About the RoleAs a Paraplanner, you will work closely with advisers and the wider team to deliver high-quality financial planning support. Responsibilities will include:
*Conducting in-depth research and analysis on financial products and solutions
*Preparing accurate, detailed, and compliant suitability reports
*Assisting in the creation of tailored financial plans to meet client objectives
*Liaising with providers and clients to gather necessary information
*Supporting advisers in delivering excellent client service and outcomes
This is a role where you will be involved in more than just report writing – you will play a key part in ensuring clients receive first-class financial planning.
About YouWe are looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and the right personality fit. Ideally, you will have:
*A few years’ experience working as a Paraplanner
*Level 4 Diploma (DipPFS or equivalent) – desirable but not essential
*A confident, assertive, and well-organised approach to work
*Strong communication skills and attention to detail
*The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work collaboratively
