Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Dental Practice Manager to join a friendly and busy private practice in Leicester on a 9-month fixed-term contract starting February 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a patient-focused practice offering a range of private services including cosmetic treatments, composite bonding, aligner therapy, and implant procedures. You’ll play an essential role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting both clinical and administrative teams.
Key Responsibilities
*Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the dental practice
*Manage diaries, rotas, and daily operations
*Act as key holder (opening/closing responsibilities)
*Ensure compliance with CQC, GDC, HTM 01-05 and NHS standards
*Handle patient enquiries and complaints professionally
*Lead HR duties: recruitment, inductions, training, and appraisals
*Monitor budgets, invoicing, and financial targets
*Maintain excellent patient experience and service levels
*Support clinicians to ensure a smooth workflow
*Oversee maintenance, repairs, and servicing of all dental equipment
About You
*Experience in dental or healthcare practice management (essential)
*Friendly, approachable, and patient-centred
*Strong IT skills; SOE software knowledge preferred
*Excellent communication and leadership skills
*Highly organised with strong problem-solving ability
*Motivated, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality care
*Good understanding of dental compliance and NHS systems
