Job Description:
A fantastic chartered accountancy practice based in Sittingbourne is searching for an Audit and Accounts Semi Senior to join their firm, as a key addition with increasing responsibility and career development on offer, as part of this successful team.
The role would include:
*Assisting with audits, including planning and field work.
*General bookkeeping duties and preparation of VAT returns.
*Preparation of management accounts.
*Preparation of forecasts and reporting.
*Preparation of year-end statutory accounts.
*Preparation of personal and corporation tax returns for individuals and companies
*Payroll preparation for weekly and monthly payrolls
*Supporting the wider team with ad hoc duties as needed.
Requirements *Must have a minimum of 12 months experience and studying towards ACCA or ACA
*A practical audit and accounts experience gained from an accountancy practice
*A knowledge of various software packages
*Strong communication and team working skills
*Experience in direct contact with clients would be preferred
Benefits *£30,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
