Vehicle Technician - Prestige Independent Dealership
Staplehurst, Tonbridge | Up to £45,000 + Bonus | Monday-Friday
Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician looking to join a forward-thinking, well-equipped, and genuinely supportive workshop? Our client - a highly respected, family-run prestige dealership - is expanding and now looking for a skilled Technician to join their brand-new Service Centre in Staplehurst.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with modern facilities, new equipment, and a team that prides itself on quality, professionalism, and outstanding customer care.

The Role
You’ll be part of a passionate and collaborative workshop team, carrying out high-quality diagnostics, repairs, and servicing on a variety of vehicles. Duties include:
*Using diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults
*Conducting detailed inspections of mechanical components
*Performing servicing and repairs to the highest standards
*MOT testing (if qualified)
*Road testing vehicles to ensure fault-free performance
*Communicating technical information clearly and professionally
*Maintaining great customer service to encourage repeat business
*Managing parts stock and contributing to workshop efficiency
*Keeping up to date with new technology and best practices
*Ensuring a clean, safe, and organised working environment
About You
*NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent) - preferred
*MOT Tester qualification - advantageous
*Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician
*Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
*High attention to detail with a commitment to quality
*Full UK Driving Licence - essential
*A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
