Architectural Technologist
Location: Bedford
Salary: £35-40,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Architectural Technologist to join a respected, award-winning multidisciplinary practice based in Bedford. Known for its imaginative, design-led projects within the residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors, the practice is expanding and now seeks a motivated and enthusiastic individual to contribute to a varied portfolio of high-quality developments.

Key Responsibilities
*Assist in producing accurate technical drawings and fully coordinated project information
*Prepare and submit planning applications and building regulations documentation
*Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors and the wider project team
*Undertake site visits and provide technical input throughout construction stages
*Ensure all work complies with current UK Building Regulations and industry best practice
Skills & Experience
*HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology
*Strong AutoCAD skills; Revit experience is highly beneficial
*Experience in house builder projects
*Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
*Excellent communication, coordination and organisational abilities
*Capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team
