*Represent the organisation confidently during external audits and inspections.
�? What You’ll Bring:
*Solid experience in HR compliance, employment law, or a similar HR role.
*A strong grasp of UK employment legislation and GDPR.
*Impeccable attention to detail and top-tier organisational skills.
*Confident communication style with the ability to influence and advise.
*CIPD Level 3+ or equivalent experience is a big plus.
