About the Role
As a Client Services Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring clients receive the highest level of service and support.
Key Responsibilities
*Act as the first point of contact for clients on administration matters.
*Prepare valuation reports and review packs with accurate performance data and fund research.
*Process new business applications efficiently, keeping records updated and compliant.
*Handle client administration tasks such as Letters of Authority, fund switches, withdrawals, and personal detail updates.
*Communicate effectively via phone, email, video calls, Word, Excel, and internal chat tools.
*Support colleagues and contribute to the wider team’s success with flexibility and professionalism.
