A leading law firm with multiple offices across Yorkshire is seeking a talented and ambitious Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its growing team. About the Role:

You will manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, shareholder issues, professional negligence, intellectual property, and insolvency cases. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills, as well as a commercial mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
*Handle your own caseload from inception to completion.
*Advise and represent clients on a range of contentious issues.
*Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
*Conduct legal research and analysis to support arguments and client advice.
*Engage in business development and maintain client relationships.
