Basic Salary: £28,000
On Target Earnings: £75,000-£90,000+
Location: Manchester (M3)
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM | No weekend work required
The Role
As a Property Investment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for selling both on-plan and off-plan investment opportunities to clients across the UK and internationally. You’ll manage a high volume of warm leads provided daily, while also prospecting and developing new investor relationships through outbound activity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with investors to understand their goals and match them with suitable new build opportunities
* Present and promote developments across Manchester and Liverpool
* Manage a consistent pipeline of warm, qualified leads provided by the company
* Proactively source new business through cold outreach and referral networks
* Deliver exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process
* Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
* Clearly articulate the benefits and ROI of each investment property
* Provide market insight and consultative advice to both new and seasoned investors
You Will Need:
* A minimum of 2 years experience in property investment sales or a similar field
* Proven ability to close deals and hit sales targets
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to build rapport quickly
* Motivated by targets and uncapped earnings

* £1,000 commission per sale, with bonuses up to £2,200 per deal
