Events Assistant
Contract: Full-time, Temporary (ASAP start – End of March)
Salary: Competitive
Hours: Monday to Friday (with flexibility for global coordination)

What You’ll Be Doing
*Researching and shortlisting venues, AV providers, and suppliers for upcoming summits
*Building and managing registration sites, processing delegate details, and generating reports
*Setting up and updating networking platforms before and during events
*Liaising with speakers to share logistical details and gather bios, photos, and presentations
*Coordinating panel preparation calls and distributing session guidelines
*Supporting delegate registration and issuing invoices and receipts
*Proofreading delegate lists and managing badge printing
*Assisting with speaker and presentation management during live-streamed or in-person events
*Helping with onsite delivery: setup, registration, delegate support, and liaising with venue teams
What You’ll Bring
*A genuine passion for events and eagerness to learn
*Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*A proactive, flexible approach and calmness under pressure
*Great attention to detail and accuracy
*Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*Experience with Cvent or Swapcard is desirable but not essential
*Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to different time zones
*Bonus: Additional languages such as Portuguese, Spanish, or Arabic
