Children’s Support Worker (Trafford)
Location: Trafford (Altrincham, Stretford, Urmston)
Salary: £12.60 - £13.50 per hour
DBS Required: Yes (Children & Adults DBS)
Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for experienced Support Workers to work with children and young people in the Trafford area. The role will involve providing care and support to children with varying needs, including those with learning disabilities, autism, and complex health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
*Assist children with personal care, education, and recreational activities.
*Support children to develop independent living skills.
*Work with families and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children.
*Provide emotional and behavioral support to children in a residential or community setting.
Requirements:
*Must hold a valid Children & Adults DBS.
*Previous experience in working with children, particularly those with complex needs, is preferred.
