My client, a highly respected and award-winning independent wealth management firm near Chelmsford, is seeking an ambitious Financial Adviser with 2–3 years’ experience to join their expanding team.
This opportunity is ideal for a driven, motivated Adviser who is hungry to progress, grow their client base, and build a long-term career within a supportive, forward-thinking firm. You will be joining a business that values professionalism, integrity, and exceptional client service.
With full paraplanning and administration support, you’ll have the freedom to focus on what you do best — delivering high-quality financial advice and developing strong client relationships.
The Role:
• Provide tailored, independent financial planning advice across pensions, investments, and protection
• Work closely with existing clients while developing new relationships
• Build and grow your own portfolio, supported by an existing client bank and steady lead flow
• Collaborate with paraplanners and administrators to deliver a seamless client experience
• Maintain strong technical knowledge of products, markets, and regulatory changes
About You:
• 2–3 years’ experience as a Financial Adviser or Associate Adviser
• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
• Highly motivated, commercially minded, and hungry to build your career
• Excellent communication skills and a client-centric approach
• Ambitious, ethical, and eager to continue developing professionally
Full study support is available for those who wish to progress toward Chartered status.
