About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced solicitors and legal professionals, supporting a diverse range of property transactions. You’ll gain exposure to both standard and specialist conveyancing matters, with opportunities to develop your expertise in areas such as:
*Assents of legal title and beneficial shares in property
*Sales and purchases of beneficial shares
*Applications for registration of registered and unregistered land
*SDLT returns and property gifting
*Trust Registration Service requirements
*Updating legal title and trustee information
*Forms DJP and SEV, and address updates
Skills & Experience Required
*Previous experience in residential conveyancing (freehold and leasehold preferred)
*Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
*Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
*A proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
*Strong organisational and time management skills
